We put health and safety first through a zero-harm culture and safety in design. We want to ensure a zero-harm culture for our clients, employees, and the surrounding communities, no matter if it is in the office, on the construction site, or on other field sites. ·      Health & Safety Plans, Baseline Risk Assessment, Templates for appointments, Fall Protection Plans, Method Statements Costing for Safety and Safe Work Procedures.

SKILLS TRAINING

Inservice training and awareness of new employees on skills such as

·      H&S Representative inspection -how to conduct building inspection

·      Developing SHE File – Contents and expectations in SHE File

·      Incident Investigations – How to investigate workplace incidents/accidents

·      Construction Regulations – What is expected at a construction site

·      Occupational health and Safety Act.

·      Basic Environmental Management Skill

STAFF OUTSOURCING

·      Provision of competent and professional SHEQ employees.

·      Our staff have vast experience and qualifications that includes Btech/Advanced Diplomas in Safety Management, Btech/Degrees in Environment related fields and are registered with statutory bodies such as SACPCMP.

 POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

A policy is a set of general guidelines that outline the organization’s plan for tackling an issue. A procedure explains a specific action plan for carrying out a policy. Procedures tells employees how to deal with a situation and when.
